About the Role
We are seeking a Brand and Content Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting their own direction, and looking for a career-defining opportunity to accelerate their professional growth. The successful candidate will be hands-on in developing and executing our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on building awareness through content, partnerships and events across Australia and the United Kingdom, while working across the business including with our Product, Customer Success and Sales teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the production of high-quality written content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail. Manage and guide external content writers to maintain consistency with the brand voice and standards.
- Develop positioning and messaging for GovConnex’s product offerings to align with customer needs and internal business objectives. This will involve working closely with the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Develop content, collateral, website copy, and pitch decks to support Sales and Customer Success teams in conversations with prospects and customers. Continually improve collateral based on business needs and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure consistency in product update documentation and in-product communications.
- Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and engagement across target B2B audiences.
- Design, track, and report on key marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support virtual and in-person events through communications, organisation, and execution.
- Stay informed about current political trends and industry issues, leveraging this knowledge to create relevant and impactful content that resonates with our audience.
