What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website keeps in your browser. Tags that load from another company, and data kept in your browser’s storage, work in much the same way, so this policy calls them all cookies.
Our marketing emails use a similar tag to tell us whether an email was opened.
How we use them
Essential: these keep the site working and secure, and remember your cookie settings. They’re always on.
Analytics: Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
Marketing: HubSpot connects a form you send with your earlier visits to our site, so our team knows what you were reading. LinkedIn and Google measure how our ads perform and let us show our ads to people who have visited.
Where you are
If you visit from the United Kingdom, the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) or the European Economic Area, or we can’t tell where you are, we ask first. Until you choose, only essential cookies run.
Everywhere else, including Australia and New Zealand, analytics and marketing cookies run from your first visit, and you can switch them off at any time in Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, marketing cookies start off.
We tell which applies from the country your connection comes from, and keep that only for your visit.

Other companies’ cookies
When their tags run, LinkedIn and Google can also set cookies on their own websites, such as LinkedIn’s bcookie and UserMatchHistory. Their cookie policies explain these.
When you book a demo, the calendar may be HubSpot’s own, shown inside our page. HubSpot may set its own cookies in it, which HubSpot’s privacy policy covers.
Your choices
Change your settings at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page. When you switch analytics or marketing off, we remove their cookies from this site and stop loading the tags that set them.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies, though the site needs its essential ones to work properly.
How we handle personal information more broadly is set out in our Privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
