Subprocessors
These are the companies GovConnex uses to run the platform and this website, what each does and where it does it.
Current subprocessors
Each works under a written agreement with us that requires it to protect the data it handles.
Data for Australian and New Zealand customers is held in Sydney, and for United Kingdom customers in London. Workspace data is not copied between regions. AI requests are processed transiently, with storage turned off at the provider, and customer data is never used to train AI models.
